Mark as Useful I too got a message form a strong indian accent man. I didnt get his name. He told me I had to call him or have my attorney call him the second I hear this message. I didnt call back with the number he left, but did try the 800 number. and did talk with a david brown who was an attorney if california. When he wanted me to verify my social security number I refused and he said that he could no longer speak to me. and hung up

As soon as I started asking him questions, he hung up on me.

Mark as Useful Calls continue - two just today. They're now calling themselves "an American financial institution" (notice the "an") which is the third name they've given, the others being "American Financial" and "United Services." Now they claim to KNOW that you have debt (as if they'd done research and had seen your financial records), but then proceed to ask you what debt you have. Requests to stop calling have obviously gone unfulfilled.

Mark as Useful Some hindu guy or indian keeps telling me how i took out a loan and owe him money and if i dont pay him back i will be taken to court and sued He calls to work disclosing my ssn and information to my manager and coworkers and telling them how i will be prosecuted if i dont pay i never got the loan
